The service

M-Reply is email ticketing and helpdesk software provided by SFASME, New Delhi, India. By using the website or the service you agree to these terms. A signed order or quote, where one exists, takes priority over this page.

Proof of concept

The free proof of concept runs for 14 days on one mailbox with up to 5 agents. No payment details are required. If you buy within 30 days, the setup fee is waived and your proof of concept data is carried over.

Fees and taxes

• All prices are in Indian rupees and exclude 18% GST.
• Quotes are valid for 60 days.
• Cloud subscriptions are billed per agent; changes to agent numbers apply from the next billing cycle.
• A perpetual licence includes remote installation, mailbox and team configuration, and 12 months of free support.

Cancellation

Cloud subscribers can cancel with 30 days’ notice and receive a complete export of their data.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the mailboxes you connect, the content your team sends, and for keeping your account credentials secure. You must not use the service to send unlawful or unsolicited bulk email.

Liability

The service is provided with reasonable care and skill. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
