Integrations: Microsoft 365, Gmail and IMAP Helpdesk
Keep the email addresses your customers already use. M-Reply connects to your mailbox through the provider’s official API and turns new emails into tickets in seconds.
Connects through the provider’s own sign-in (OAuth) · No password sharing
Supported email providers
| Email provider | How M-Reply syncs | Email-to-ticket speed |
|---|---|---|
| Microsoft 365 / Outlook | Microsoft Graph change notifications (push) with delta sync | Under 10 seconds |

How mail sync works
Two-way sync
Replies sent from M-Reply appear in the mailbox’s Sent folder, and read/unread flags stay in step.
Threads stay together
Replies are matched to the right ticket using standard email headers (Message-ID, References, In-Reply-To).
No missed emails
After a network drop, M-Reply catches up from the last synced point and skips duplicates.
No relay fees
Sync uses each provider’s official API directly, with no third-party relay service in between.
Where synced emails land
Each email from a connected mailbox appears in one shared queue as a ticket, whichever provider it came from.

SMS, API and other systems
An SMS gateway integration is available as an add-on for customer alerts. To connect M-Reply to a CRM, ERP or web form, ask us about the REST API and webhooks.
