Who we are

M-Reply is a product of SFASME, based in New Delhi, India. This policy covers the website mreply.com and the M-Reply helpdesk service.

Information we collect

• Details you send us. When you request a proof of concept or contact us, we collect your name, work email, company name, phone number, team size and hosting preference.
• Customer data in the service. When you use M-Reply, it processes the emails, attachments and contact details in the mailboxes you connect, on your behalf.
• Technical data. Our servers record standard log data such as IP address, browser type and pages requested.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and set up your proof of concept or account.
• To provide, secure and support the M-Reply service.
• To send service notices and invoices.

We do not sell personal information. Customer emails and templates are not used to train public AI models.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us run M-Reply, such as hosting and email providers, under confidentiality obligations, or when the law requires it.

Storage and retention

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and to maintain our business records. Cloud customers who cancel receive a full data export, after which their workspace data is deleted.
